The Challenge is over. What’s Next for You?
If you are trying to be your awesomest self, I have a few suggestions for you for what’s next.
I mentioned the Whole30. If you can’t figure out how to lose weight or your doc can’t figure out how to help you to feel better, try it. I’s freaking awesome. Hard, but awesome.
Another suggestion would be The Morning Miracle. It’s a really cool system that helps you to get the right mindset for your day. If you get it, don’t get the audible. Get the printed book. There’s a bit of repetition and it’s easy to skim to the system if you have the book in your hands.
A third suggestion would be to sign up for the Urban Monk’s 7 Day Reboot.
